Kelly Green obtained her education in court reporting through the University of Cincinnati in 1994 and started reporting for Johnny Jackson & Associates in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She did numerous asbestos cases, medical and technical depositions, arbitrations, and trial work at the Washington County Common Pleas Court in Marietta, Ohio, after which she then moved back to Cincinnati in 1996 and began working as a freelance reporter and started On-Time Reporting.
She obtained her Registered Professional Reporter certification and has been an NCRA member in good standing since 1994. RPR-certified professionals participate in NCRA's continuing education program to maintain certification, and they also agree to abide by the NCRA Code of Professional Ethics.
